Policies and Rates

• $175 per night weekends, $165 per night Sunday-Thursday. Same rate for single or double occupancy. **see active military rate below.
• A two-night minimum is required. We are adhering to AHLA “Safe Stay” protocols for industry-wide hotel cleaning and safety standards and provide self-checkin.
• 11% hotel tax must be added to the rates. (6% state, 5% Burnet county)
• We require a one-night credit card deposit for a reservation.
• NO CHILDREN OR PETS (not that we don’t love them both! No exceptions.) See Note below for recommended accommodations.
• The cabin and porches are not wheelchair-accessible.
• Holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum.
• Smoking is permitted outside only.
• Check-in is 3 p.m. or anytime later – Check out is 11 a.m
• We accept cash, Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, Discover.

Cancellation policy:  A credit card deposit amount of the first night’s stay is required to reserve a date. This is refundable up to a week before arrival, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. The balance will be refunded by credit to your bank card. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable; the first night’s stay is forfeited.

****Holiday weekends and Spring Break week require notice of cancellation at least 14 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit.

**A thank you to our active military: 10% discount for 2 or more nights. You must ask for the discount at time of booking, and it can not be combined with online gift certificates or any other discounts. Payment must be made in cash, no credit cards.

Damages: We appreciate your efforts to conserve resources and to preserve our furnishings and surroundings. Please understand that a charge can occur for any damages that require replacement or repair (including linens, fabrics or furnishings, outdoor furnishings, etc.).

Note: If you are looking for accommodations with children or pets, we recommend Canyon of the Eagles on Lake Buchanan (kids and pets), or The Antlers Inn (kids, no pets) in Kingsland.
