RATES

Chanticleer Rates:
· With continental breakfast: $165 per night
· Without continental breakfast: $140 per night (includes homemade granola and milk)

Dal Nonno Rates:
· With continental breakfast: $165 per night
· Without continental breakfast: $150 per night (includes homemade granola and milk)
· $45 additional charge per person, per night, for 3rd and 4th guests

Villa Celeste Rates:
· With continental breakfast: $195 per night
· Without continental breakfast: $180 per night (includes homemade granola and milk)
· Winter rates available
· Special rates when reserving both villas

Villa Stellata Rates:
· With continental breakfast: $195 per night, per bedroom
· Without continental breakfast: $180 per night, per bedroom (includes homemade granola and milk)
· Winter rates available

POLICIES

Rooms are priced per night, double occupancy
All rooms have central A/C
A 6% state hotel tax and a 5% county hotel tax must be added to the above rates.
No children or pets
A two-night minimum is required
Smoking is permitted outside only
Check-in is 3 p.m. or later - Check out is 11 a.m.
We offer a 5% discount for cash payments.
We accept cash, check, Mastercard and VISA.
 
Cancellation policy:  A deposit amount of the first night’s stay is required to reserve a room. This is refundable up to a week before arrival, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. The balance will be refunded by check or credit to your bank card. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable, but may be applied to a future stay within a 6 month period, less the $25.00 cancellation fee.
