No smoking is allowed in the cabin.  You may smoke on the porch; please do not throw cigarettes on the ground, fires are a serious hazard in the hill country!

Your cabin has a CD/cassette/radio and a selection of CDs.  The kitchenette includes a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker and coffee/tea/sugars/cream.  There are plates, napkins, silverware, glasses, hot pads, bowls and basic utensils for grilling outside on the gas grill and burner.  There is also a full-sized refrigerator at the screened porch. 

There is no telephone in the cabin.  You are welcome to leave our number (listed above) with family members, baby sitters, etc. (we have an answering machine).

The screened porch is enclosed during the winter with plastic panels.

We recommend tennis shoes and socks for your walks.
 
As in any country setting, there are insects and plants that may affect you.
Please be cautious.
